tennessee adult abuse laws

Tennessee law provides that "Any person having reasonable cause to suspect that an adult has suffered abuse, neglect, or exploitation, shall report or cause.

Elder abuse is a growing problem. The National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) defines elder abuse as "intentional or neglectful acts by a caregiver or 'trusted'.

The Tennessee Adult Protection Act defines it this way: the person to watch sex acts, or forcing the elder to undress are also considered sexual elder abuse.
